Practical support for rural Alaska organizations
ANWTC helps Tribal Governments, Alaska Native Corporations, nonprofits, rural businesses, and programs organize their policies, people, documents, records, and daily operations into practical systems their teams can actually use.
Waqaa, I am Yvonne
I am Yvonne Cingarkaq Jackson, founder and President/CEO of ANWTC and a Yup'ik leader from Kasigluk, Alaska. I understand the pressure village leaders carry when employee issues, policies, financial decisions, records, board needs, and daily operations all require attention at once.
ANWTC was created to help leaders sort through that pressure, identify what is not working, and build practical systems their organizations can continue using after the project ends.
