Working with ANWTC

What clients usually want to know first.

ANWTC is built for organizations and individuals who need practical support, clear documents, and systems people can keep using after the work is handed off.

What does ANWTC actually do?

ANWTC helps Tribal Governments, Alaska Native Corporations, nonprofits, rural businesses, programs, and individuals organize the work in front of them. That can include policies, SOPs, forms, HR documents, filing systems, digital records, training materials, meeting systems, implementation plans, and handoff training.

Do you work with both organizations and individuals?

Yes. Organizations can request consulting, training, policies, systems, documents, records cleanup, and ongoing support. Individuals can request resumes, cover letters, reference pages, forms, letters, bios, or custom document help.

How long does resume writing take?

Resume writing services have a two-week turnaround. ANWTC usually tries to complete resumes as soon as possible, and many are finished within the first week. Projects can take the full two weeks when a resume is being built from scratch, when more information is needed, or when the client needs time to review and send updates.

Can ANWTC travel to our village or office?

Yes. Some work can be done remotely, and some work is better in person. Travel can be included in a custom scope when the project requires staff meetings, office organization, paper file review, training, Board/Council sessions, or implementation support.

Can you create policies, SOPs, forms, or manuals from scratch?

Yes. ANWTC can create documents from scratch or improve existing drafts. Simple forms, checklists, notices, letters, templates, and basic policies may fit standard document pricing. Larger manuals, handbooks, multi-section policies, or training binders are quoted after review.

What happens during a free fit call?

The fit call is a short conversation to understand what kind of support you need, whether ANWTC is a good fit, and which next step makes sense. You are not expected to know the exact package before calling.

How does pricing work?

ANWTC lists clear package pricing for common work. Custom projects are quoted before work begins so you know the scope, timeline, deliverables, and price before approving the work.

Do you replace legal, CPA, financial advisory, or accounting services?

No. ANWTC provides consulting, systems, policies, training, documentation, and implementation support. Financial advisory, CPA, accounting, and legal services should be provided by the appropriate licensed professionals.

How do partners fit into the work?

Partners can help with financial management, investment growth, employee benefits, CPA support, accounting, and workforce development. ANWTC helps connect those recommendations to procedures, forms, training, and systems the organization can keep using.

How do I sign up for workshop notifications?
