Services for Organizations

Build Your Organizational Improvement Plan

Choose the areas where your organization needs help. As you build your plan, we'll generate a preliminary estimate that you can use during your procurement process before scheduling a consultation.

Services Introduction

Support for the places where daily work gets stuck.

ANWTC helps Tribal Governments, Alaska Native Corporations, nonprofits, rural businesses, programs, and public agencies organize the documents, decisions, workflows, and staff systems that keep work moving.

Instead of making you guess which consulting service to buy, this page lets you choose the problem areas you recognize. The estimate is a planning tool. The formal proposal comes after ANWTC understands your scope, timeline, existing documents, and delivery needs.

Custom estimate

Selected Organizational Improvement Plan

Add the solutions your organization needs.

After you choose services, answer the planning questions below. The estimate helps with budgeting and procurement before your consultation.

Travel and delivery

Travel is finalized after dates and location are confirmed.

If ANWTC travels to your community or office, airfare, lodging, local transportation, rural transportation, meals, and State of Alaska per diem are handled in the final quote or invoice. Some organizations prefer to book travel and lodging directly, and that can be noted during consultation.

How this appears on the estimate

Remote work: travel costs are not currently anticipated.

On-site or hybrid work: travel and lodging are confirmed after consultation.

Organization-provided travel: ANWTC notes what your organization will provide before finalizing the proposal.

Services FAQs

Questions organizations usually ask before building a plan.

Is the estimate a final quote or invoice?

No. This is a preliminary planning estimate. A formal proposal will be prepared after your consultation.

Can ANWTC create documents from scratch?

Yes. ANWTC can create policies, manuals, SOPs, forms, checklists, workflows, training materials, and implementation tools from scratch or improve existing drafts.

Can we choose pieces from different solution areas?

Yes. You can add individual deliverables from financial management, HR, governance, operations, technology, and custom consulting to build the plan that fits your organization.

Can ANWTC train our team after the documents are complete?

Yes. Training and handoff are important parts of the work so staff and leadership know how to use the finished system.
